We run the service independently, manage patient flow, and leave your premises clean, secure, and fully prepared for the next working day. Temporary signage is provided where needed to ensure patients can find the correct entry point without confusion.
Payments for hosting HYA are made on a monthly basis at an agreed rate, giving your practice a reliable and stress-free source of additional income without any operational burden.

What We Bring and What We Need from Your Practice
As a host clinic for HYA, you only need to provide a simple, minimal setup to allow our hygienists to operate effectively.
We bring our own portable reception setup — including communication systems, card machines, laptops, and software — ensuring smooth administration and consistent patient management without relying on your team.
Our clinicians supply all essential hygiene equipment, including consumables, polishing systems, ultrasonic scalers (if required), PPE, and sterilisation accessories.
How HYA Can Benefit Your Practice
- Premises Fee: HYA pays you an hourly or sessional rate for use of your practice during out-of-hours or pre-booked clinic times. This can generate consistent additional income every month while your practice remains closed or unused — with no extra running costs on your end.
- New patients: Patients who visit HYA for hygiene treatments but are not already associated with your practice will be encouraged to register with you for ongoing care. Many require further hygiene appointments or dental follow-ups, offering a strong long-term boost to your private patient list and revenue.
