Hygienist Altrincham

Have used the practice for a number of years and it was going downhill and I almost left to go elsewhere. I am so glad now I didn't as the practice has improved so much over the last 12 months or so. A refurbishment, friendly staff (especially on reception 🙂 ), an excellent dentist now in place and new services such as a hygienist also now available. Every time I go now something else has improved. The systems in place to cope with COVID are excellent and cannot be faulted

Highly recommend this dental practice! The receptionist is absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. She made scheduling and check-in a breeze, and her friendly attitude really put me at ease. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional, thanks in large part to her exceptional service

I was extremely nervous when I was booking the appointment, I have had lots of anxiety with dentist's and my teeth in the past. When I first arrived I was met by the amazing front desk team who were very kind and polite. I didn't have to wait long and soon enough it was my appointment, I was dreading it. However, the dentist and her assistant were incredible, they put me at ease very quickly and reassured me this would run at my own pace. They did an in depth check of my teeth and gums and identified the problem instantly. The work they both completed was exceptional and has now left me in a better position. They also advised next steps to complete at home, what equipment I should be using and that a follow-up should be booked. I would say anyone with any anxiety about dentists should look here, I honestly feel much better and I know I am in safe hands. Following up on this, I had a follow-up appointment with the Dental Hygienist to further clean my teeth and provide pointers. After the first appointment I felt more settled for this second one. A further clean was done, and I was reassured throughout it all again. An incredible follow-up experience. Thanks again.
